Terms & Conditions

Lessons may be rescheduled when canceled no later than 6 pm the day prior to your lesson by calling 401.294.3802 ext. 112. If a representative does not answer please include your lesson date, time, student name(s) and a day/time you wish to reschedule to.  Exceptions: If we are forced to close due to inclement weather we will reschedule or issue a full refund. If the student is sick or injured a full refund will be issued with a physician's note.

Inclement Weather

We do not cancel classes for winter weather conditions, including wind, snow, light rain or below freezing temperatures. Notifications of closure will be made on our website here by 7:30 am that day. If we are open, all scheduled lessons will be held unless otherwise specified. Lessons canceled by us may be refunded or rescheduled to another day/time.


Please arrive 20-30 minutes early and check in for your lesson at the ticket window.  Private lessons do not include a lift ticket or rental equipment. Lift tickets are not required during your lesson; a discounted lift ticket option is available for students on the day of their lesson only, to purchase please visit the ticket window. All lesson participants will need to sign a snow sports release waiver. Waivers are available when you purchase a group or private lesson at the ticket window or you may download it prior to your arrival HERE.

No-Show Policy - Effective Immediately

Due to an increase in no-call/no-show reservations, we are implementing a $25 fee to rebook lessons after a no-show to a scheduled appointment. Lessons can ALWAYS be canceled up to 6pm the night before either by email or call. This does not apply to closings to inclement weather.
