Ski Area Group Rates

Bring your school, club, scouts, or other organizational groups for a day or evening of fun!

Prior to submitting form, please contact our office for availability. Lessons and renting equipment will change our availability as equipment and instructors are limited at certain parts of the day so please determine what you will need beforehand so we can assist you promptly.

Group rates are available to pre-booked groups of 12 or more only. A complimentary ticket for supervisors or chaperones is provided for every 12 PAID tickets/packages. Rental equipment and lessons for chaperone/supervisors are additional. All guests are required to complete the release waiver (Page 2 of the packet).
All guests must have a lift ticket and equipment on to be on our trails, regardless if they are using rope tow or chair lifts.

If your group requires lessons your will be assigned a lesson time; this may take a few days to coordinate with our snow sports school.
There is a minimum of 5 skiers and/or 5 snowboarders (cannot be 3 skiers or 2 boarders, etc.). Final number of guests taking lessons is needed no later than 72 hours before your arrival. If we do not have these numbers, we will only provide staff for the original estimate.
After your lessons; instructors will need to release your guests under age 18 to parents or chaperones before they can use their lift pass (regardless of skill levels).

Equipment Rentals

To ensure we have equipment for all of your guests; renters must complete the rental form, initial and sign at least 48 hours prior to arrival. Equipment will be set up and labelled for your group’s arrival.
Forms can be faxed, mailed, dropped off to the office or guests can be pre-fitted in our rental shop (in person fittings are encouraged to get an exact measurement, call for hours).
Failure to submit completed rental forms 7-days prior to visit will result in non-discounted rates.

Additional Information

Our Ski Patrol, lift attendants, ski pros, and management staff, monitor all guests. Inform your group that any inappropriate behavior or actions that compromise the safety of them or others will have skiing/riding privileges revoked without refund and your group may be asked not to come back.
Payment is due upon arrival. We accept cash, master Card, visa, check (with ID), or our gift cards. Upon arrival the organizer can check in at the ticket window/office and your group can pick up their gear in the rental shop. Your group is welcome to get ready inside the main lodge, not the rental shop. Please keep skis and boards outside, but have your guests note their ski/board ID numbers and where they place them.
Guests taking lessons should be sent through the rental shop first so they can get ready for their lesson at the assigned time.
Supervisors are responsible for their group. Establish a “meeting area” where your guests can find you to pick up their tickets.
It is important to remember we may have other groups booked at the same time so your group so changes in numbers (especially lessons and rental equipment) we must be notified to ensure we can accommodate.
